more and more, the Affordable Care Act...under the heading of 'Don't let Perfection get in the way of Progress'...each of them, and many others, could use improvement...some more than others.
Let's keep working together to find those 'Better' solutions...
btw, don't forget the downside of assuming the 'Free Market' will always act in the public's best interests...surely you're aware of the Sherman and Clayton Acts...as well as the entire Anti-Trust Division within the DOJ.
IMO it's an "Art Form" to maintain an 'acceptable balance' between Government Regulation and Unfettered Decision Making...always has been...always will be.
