well as ensuring that even the least costly plans provided sufficient care...while also assuring that HC wouldn't be cancelled arbitrarily. In short the ACA needed to "Deal with the Devil" in order to make any progress at all. Unless you're trying to cover for the Insurance Co's, wake up to the Reality, and History of HC in America.
