How do you know?

Just saying nothing would've changed doesn't really do much for your argument. What is the point of the law mandating that the tapes be signed by a poll worker to validate the rolls if it can just be tossed aside when it doesn't happen? And when it happens in 36 of 37 precincts and affects over 40% of the vote in a democrat stronghold in a swing state, you are trying to claim it is us that are getting bamboozled with this revelation? That is a systemic problem, not just a mere accidental one, and one that always seem to happen in democrat strongholds.

And if it is no big deal, why did the attorney admit they have a new SOP?
