Answer: You obviously don't. You are just pretending that you do. Again, we find you speaking to the more stupid members of your own party, instead of having reasonable discussion with the opposing side.

From the article: "there is no record of whether the tabulator was set at zero at the start of polling, there is no way of telling whether ballots from a previous election (or ballots from a test run) were left on the memory card and might later be counted."

But Tyrone gives us his personal assurance that everything was fine.

I'm sure Chris94 and jimbasil will accept that, but 97% of the precincts have no records to verify that. That is pretty amazing. Again, only the more stupid members of your party will look at that and say no biggie. And, if it happened the other way around (in favor of Republicans), you and those stupid members of your party would be crying foul and trying to impeach/jail the responsible Republicans.
