management and corrupt civilians abused this to bilk the State and country out of big dollars. I'm sure there are some working
in government who alerted others on how to work the system yet it's more likely true that there are a very many dishonest
fuckwads abusing the system. Like SNAP and other government programs that are meant to be positive programs but dishonest corrupt
thieving grifting no-goods take advantage of what is meant to assist and help. And please don't post the private sector would do
a better job of these things - they're the very same people who are scamming today - take djt - that's the big scam and you MAGAhats
are right there supporting him. He's the king of grifting - as corrupt as has ever been and ya'll are just fine with him and his
enablers.

But the question or the subject is about journalism and what you posted hasn't any earmarks of real journalism.
