physical threat to the U.S. with a military strike...Trump went on to assert that the U.S. "Owned" Venezuela's Oil Reserves...and the U.S. would decide...not the Venezuelan people...who would be their leaders...while somehow ensuring that those 28M people were properly cared for in all phases of their lives.
