I love how you felt the need to throw out the water problem as the definitive explanation for what would never be happening under Biden et al.
Yes, (eyeroll), I know that the water shortage is real, but it is not new, and you do so quite obviously so as to assure that credit is not directed to the contextual influence of Trump's actions and policy.

You would have done better to not have tried to spin.
