Hits the gas. Of course it’s the agents fault, right? I don’t care how long the training is. You have no idea what that training is or what it entails. You’re always going to find fault with anything this admin does and will always blame them. It’s your go to reaction.

This is all avoided if she listens. It’s not that hard.
