You came down quite differently on these two scenarios, and it would seem that the woman climbing (and actually somewhat stuck) through the capitol building on Jan 6 was far less of a risk to the officer's life than this situation where the officer faced the illegal immigrant driving her vehicle forward at the officer after clear orders for her to not do so..
Before you demonstrate Liberalism Rule #8: "Totally Differentism" (Trademark BVZ), try to work past your concrete thinking....yes one was in the capitol, and the other was on the streets of Minneapolis....but in both cases, the officer felt threatened, and it is a LOT easier to see a threat from an SUV coming at an officer than a 110 lb woman with no weapon).
