which the agent was undoubtedly also aware since she parked her car intentionally sideways in the street to block the agents. In that instant, she is moving at him….is she going to gun it in hatred, is she not….who knows? His life was on the line. Tough spot, split second. If he doesn’t shoot, maybe she does accelerate at him, maybe she doesn’t turn more and he is run over. It worked out for the safety of the agent with a law defying radical (yes, only a radical would be there doing what she was doing).
