to obstruct ICE from doing their job and disregard a lawful order? Why was her wife outside the car filming this while it happened? Why was the car parked sideways in the middle of the road?

Again, she inserted herself into this. This was not a spur of the moment decision. One witness claimed she was the lead car in pack trying to obstruct ICE.
