btw, I've posted a couple of times the opinion of none other than the Charles Koch Foundation commentary on the need to "De-Militarize" police forces...even they saw the downside of the emerging "Rambo" style of policing...evidenced now by masked agents suited up for war and drawing guns over a simple traffic problem.
