Stated differently, federal agents are not relieved of use of deadly force standards because a citizen is talking smack.

Deadly force is not meant to be opportunistic.

Minnesota should hold off filling homicide charges until February 2029. ICE agent can remove state prosecution to US District Court, but will no longer have the Trump DOI to sweep the homicide under the rug.
