What is the default assumption when someone on foot is standing in front of a car, saying "stop," and the driver presses the accelerator and moves toward the pedestrian, and in this case, a law enforcement officer telling her to stop? Is the default assumption that she must have had an intent other than to hit the person standing in front of the car, or is the default assumption that the driver intended to hit the pedestrian? Let's see if you are willing to be more honest than larkin.
