to the right. There is no evidence of intent to harm him...only for her to get away from the ICE agents.
Mr. Ross foolishly and recklessly stood in front of the car...and very close to it...even so, since he fired three accurate bullets into her face, he couldn't have been seriously graed by the car...Also, based on recently reported details of ICE training manuals, he was not authorized to use deadly force on a fleeing "suspect"...and all Ms. Good did was block traffic...a non-violent offense.
The ICE agent, Mr. Ross, should be held responsible for this tragic loss of life, which could easily been avoided if he had demonstrated sound behavior and a priory for saving citizens' lives.
