The issue could merely be allowing biological males to play women's sports OR it could be a much broader ruling regarding biological males "presence" in any female exclusive venue.

If you think that illegal immigration is a trigger issue for progressives you are in for a big surprise if the Supremes rule in favor of a biological red line.

We've already seen that this issue enflames rage on the left that includes ultra-violence (see Charlie Kirk).

For reasons that are too deep to delve into here, the progressives decided to add the T to the LBGTQ+++ agenda and make it central to their obsessions.

If they lose, this threatens the whole concept of gender fluidity... which is sooooo important to their base.

My guess is that Roberts will do his utmost to craft as narrow an opinion as possible in order to minimize the reactive outrage to an adverse decision.

Pay attention to oral arguments today for hints on what the Court will decide early next summer... IN TIME TO BE A FACTOR IN THE MIDTERMS.
