I don't support the active counter-ICE actions. I think they just give the emperor an excuse to crack down more.

That said, in a rational world, ICE would be withdrawn until things calm down. They could do targeted raids for specific people. But deploying in massive numbers and doing big sweeps is insane right now.

Unless you just want to make things worse. Which is obviously the plan.
