I don't know anyone who concealed carries that brings an extra mag, especially with a 21+1 capacity.

A prosecutor would point out that he was carrying a high end, custom firearm that is favored by professionals, military and police with a reflex sight. They would argue that the extra mag goes to intent.

This is all very strange.
