The signal Chat and the talk of lawyers getting involved may have been the catalyst for Minnesota leaders to finally adopt a position that doesn’t scream as if they are telling their constituents the following: Yes, some of you may die, but that is a sacrifice I’m willing to make.

Unfortunately, for those involved it may be too late to escape liability, and for the State of Minnesota the liability grows as long as those leaders remain in office.

As previously suggested, ICE officers should file a class action to sue Walz, Frey and Minnesota—or any other officials or organizations nationwide who were involved in defaming them and causing mental anguish, for calling them unlawful and implying they are not legitimate officers of the law that citizens should obey, and calling them vile names to incite lawless protests meant to intentionally obstruct and cause them harm.

Any citizens and businesses damaged should join in the suit.

Hopefully, they will repent before it comes to this and it is too late.
