...an accident that his own stupidity made possible.
If the gun went off, that explains everything.
If the agent had no reason, then he will be charged....but you guys are intentionally creating these impossible scenarios for law enforcement. The guy was violent as we now know from recent protest videos - not a reason to shoot him, but a factor that makes it harder and harder to discern motives.

Stop it. TDS appears to be more important to liberal hate addicts than life itself.
