ONLY when trying to apprehend known members of violent drug cartels who would try to kill them...which is NOT the case with ICE mindlessly trying to fulfill a quota given to them and apprehend non-white people...even 5 yr old kids...who speak with an hispanic accent...and virtually every singe ICE agent you see on TV has his/her face covered.

You need to calm down and get over your unwarranted paranoia. The best way to do that is open your mind while seeking information from sources that publish and follow standards of Journalism...not those that pay hundreds of millions of dollars lying to you...for the sole reason of making a profit from your ignorance.
