The “Baron of the Bullpen”, my friend , has passed.

Elroy was quite a bit older than me. Got to know him from The Western Pa School for the Deaf golf outings.

Classy guy. Generous caring guy.

His performance in the 1960 WS was legendary.

I will miss him greatly.
