None of those Green policies was going to make any impact other than to redistribute the US tax payer wealth elsewhere.
The acknowledgment of this is a massive win for the US population, and a big blow to the Davos Globalists agenda. (It also defeats the Chinese effort to unilaterally shackle the US with it as well).
