At least with the second option, the Iranian people have a chance to overthrow their autocratic government (which would stop the missiles), as opposed to having their autocratic government being funded by Democrats (which cash payments will never end...we are talking about extortionists, after all).

Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.
