No one "needs" tax cuts, just like no one needs my money. These are policy debates

I just said that until the government shows it can cut spending I will oppose giving it more money, and indeed I will support any tax cut for myself since I spend/donate my money far more efficiently.

At some point you cut off the beggar who spends your money irresponsibly and/or for evil causes, and keeps asking for larger monthly payments and then spends the additional money irresponsibly/harmfully.

Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.
