Moderate Democrats who can swing Republican voters will be the difference makers in November.

Talarico is a very effective communicator.

But, he’s a whitebread. Not sure he gets Crockett’s base to show up in November and vote for him.

If Obama shows up in Texas in late October to pitch for Talarico, then we will know if he has a real shot.
