Furthermore, Biden's replenishment took place near the end of his term. The WSJ fails to mention that the Trump admin had 220M available for Kristi Noem's ad campaign scandal, but nothing for necessary maintenance of the SPR storage facilities...talk about a Red Herring...notably from those who refuse to acknowledge what virtually every nation on earth does...i..e Climate Change and the need to transition to non-fossil fuel sources for heat and power.
