Making the video doesn't do shit.
They are probably not around to begin with but don't ask San Jose police to do anything cuz the victim is usually the problem, especially since these 2 were most likely Jewish.
I've been to this shopping area many times, it's nice, sorta upscale so I'm kind of surprised. If you would have told me it happened around SJSU, that's a different story.
