And as I noted in my previous post, you left out other key Facts...i..e the gutting of staff and resources at FEMA by Kristi Noem, along with a policy of micro-management when signing off on disbursements of urgently needed Disaster Funds...resulting in a huge backlog of unmet needs...in short, a clear example of Incompetence on her part (never mind the corruption)...but that's not a concern of yours.
