Gregg Phillips, associate FEMA director, testified before Congress in February that a shutdown would mean a number of employees would be furloughed and it "would severely disrupt FEMA's ability to reimburse states for disaster relief costs and to support our recovery from disasters." I just think it is funny when people like you try to act like your side is noble when it is withholding FEMA funding during disasters, TSA funding when we have islamists running around trying to kill Americans, etc. Those agencies have nothing to do with ICE.
