We are in agreement that the goal has been reached as best as it can be.....Iran has lost it's nuclear threat capabilities and they will need to start all over to try to obtain them again.
As long as they understand and believe that there is a hammer waiting, they will behave. And we will undoubtedly have to pound again when they try to build again to make the point as our nation's messaging has not been consistent over the past decade and a half..
But if we make more pallets of cash available to them, or if a US political party decides to side with them over their own country and sends the wrong message, then the Iranians will think that they can get away with things when that party gets in power, and we will have the same cycle repeat itself all over again (and it will be accelerated if appeasement is used again as it was last time).
It is really up to the Democrat Party down the road. Schizophrenic IR will lead to further problems.
