military expenditures...without a regime change...and Iran still has 440 kilos of 60% enriched Uranium...enough for 10 nuclear bombs...

What's it going to take to make sure that stockpile doesn't grow in size or quality (90% enrichment req'd for a functional bomb)...and no 'boots on the ground'?
