Shall we have ICE agents in maternity wards?

What if the grandchild or great grandchild of an undocumented Irish immigrant who arrived here 50 + years years ago?

What if a parent cannot prove they were born here? Can the government send agents to swing states, focus on red leaning districts and seek to strike "citizens" from their standing??
