does Bill Gates. We saw what happened during DJT's first term when he gave the rich and corporations tax breaks...it went into stock buy backs...not re-investments for R&D, etc.

Don't forget that in the 1950's and 60's the ratio of CEO to Average Worker compensation was on the order of 20-30 to 1...now it's over 300 to 1...Keep that up and there will be some form of revolution taking place in the not too distant future...very likely put down by an Authoritarian government. On the brighter side, DJT is making such a mess of things, the odds are that sanity will be restored with a good chance that moderate Republicans realize the fallacy. of MAGA and start working with Dems to craft bipartisan legislation that includes Revenue increases along with sensible spending cuts.
