Home Prices...Blue States, like CA and NY, are very expensive to live in, so it's not rocket science as to why people are moving about the country. It's way too soon to pen any epitaphs...

btw, this "K-shaped" economy is IMO a larger concern that should be occupying Mr. Hansen's attention...at least the Democrats are trying to find remedies, while the GOP adopts a "Let Them Eat Cake" attitude.
