Yes, the cost of living is higher, but the weather, people, outdoor living is exponentially better. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Most of those that leave can’t afford to live here. It’s probably best that they go. Do you have a pool that’s screened in? I know what it’s for and you can have it.
