Plenty of MBAs with little to no common sense. A degree doesn’t mean much these days. Plenty of Major Business Assholes in my industry that don’t make it. Relationships and reputation matter.

A degree would not help me in my job. I don’t want to move up even though it’s been offered. I’m happy in my kingdom that I built over my close to 30 years.
