First, your post...

"Blue State governments are rife with fraud, corruption, and goofy priorities such as high speed trains to nowhere and trillions spent on green initiatives. The money designated to help the poor isn’t getting to them because of fraud.
You want to give them more money?
That is liberal insanity."

>"Blue States are rife with fraud, corruption..." No exceptions mentioned, therefore, I have to assume you consider all Blue States to have the same problems...and shouldn't be given any more money...ever.
A Critical Thinker...before making such a post...would verify the accuracy of that opinion by testing his/her 'Null Hypothesis'...i.e. 'Could I be Wrong?' and seek evidence that might prove me wrong. You didn't do that, as evidenced...and acknowledged by you, based on my research (Critical Thinking) that showed at least one Red State (Mississippi) exhibited serious fraud.
Given this information, Critical Thinkers (CTs) would then challenge themselves by asking a question, before posting, like...'Over the last decade has there been serious fraud in the handling of Federal Funds in all states?...and the answer would be "Yes"...in every state of the Union...thus preempting a post like yours.
A CT might also go further and investigate wether those Blue states had taken any steps to find and try to prosecute those frauds...in the cases of CA and MN, the answer would be 'Yes'...e.g. Gavin Newsom's admin halted all Hospice licenses starting in 2021, and began prosecutions...and in MN Gov. Walz's admin worked with the DOJ to stop further fraud, and brought the ring leaders to trial, and finally convictions. Note that the MS case is still outstanding...
Bottom Line...The need for Federal Aid exists in every state, so rather than simply cut off that aid...to any state...we need Congress and the Executive Branch to invest more in Overview of especially large amounts of funding ($2T...) and not fire 17 Inspectors General who have shown themselves and their teams of investigators/attorneys to be very effective (see IG, Glenn Fine and his pursuit of "Fat Leonard")
Not sure if I'm throwing pearls your way, so I'll stop here...your turn.
