raise some concerns amongst the citizens in that fair city. All you had to do before posting was a little research by asking that very question...then take some time to read and understand the material you find....like the attached article...

Note that many locales are experiencing diminished water resources...even in the state of Washington...not as bad as the Colorado River Basin, but notable nonetheless.

Continuing to deny what the scientists from 195 countries are telling you isn't very smart...and can/will be harmful to you.
