juveniles who are negatively affected by the morbidities the author speaks of versus though who aren't and have no problem with misogyny...in essence, it's someone's very biased opinion of why there is so much Misogyny in the world today...including on this website, which caused me to speak up about why there is essentially NO female presence on this Notre Dame affiliated website...thanks in large part to the incredible volume of misogynistic rhetoric thrown about...a university that has been Co-Ed for well over 50 years...we should expect better.
Let's face it...misogyny has been endemic for as much of human history as we can fathom...even the RCC won't let Women become Priests. As for the current causes, IMO the pushing back on deep seated misogyny is interpreted by many as a "Zero Sum Game" where 'Power' is being lost by some men, instead of being viewed as an 'Addition' to Societal Strength. The sooner this perception changes the better off Everyone will be.
