The problem is that this approach would strangle progress completely, since the PEOPLE can never agree about anything.

SO... it in the interest of "social justice," a Politburo would have to make the PEOPLE's decisions for them on EVERYTHING.

AND, those who oppose would have to be re-educated.. or exiled... or worse.

So I guess you are right after all.

But not to fret... this is a highly localized trendy phenomenon that die out as fast as... say... breakdancing.
