has been around for more than 100 years. karl marx died in 1900, and Russia fell to it in 1917. No country that went that direction has escaped from it yet.
Our Lady of Fatima even warned of it - predicting the fall of Russia to communism, and the spread of it from Russia throughout the world thereafter without prayer.
I know that you are not Catholic, but reading on that would be enlightening (I included a link & encourage that you read it).
But one does not need to be catholic to see communism for what it is.
It is to be feared as it is evil. It suppresses religion, freedom, opportunity, and hope.
