Biden was just a dumbass and a constant liar who was getting worse as he was diminished by aging.

Trump is a narcissist and will lie about achievements or to embellish them as well as when he feels himself under the slightest attack. He holds a grudge and will continue attacking even when wholly inappropriate to do so.

Politicians have always been liars...though I now miss the world where they were at least considerably more artful.
