Let us conduct “The Baker’s Dozen Poll” to determine the extent the United States is cooked by the SCOTUS decision.

The poll will consist of the following questions:

1. Do you believe that citizenship is important?
2. Do you believe it is possible for the United States and China to ever fight each other in a war?
3. Do you believe China will ever seek to exploit the lunacy of birthright citizenship?
4. Do you believe children born in the USA who live and were culturally indoctrinated in China will fight on behalf of China or the USA in a time of war?
5. Do you believe China will forever cease to engage in efforts to perfect gain of function research?
6. Do you believe China—and others with the help of AI—has the capacity to eventually perfect virus manipulation?
7. Do you believe viruses can be dangerous and that it is possible that China—a country that allowed travel from Wuhan after the lab leak to all parts of the world, except other parts of China--will continue efforts to perfect vaccines for deadly viruses and inoculate its own citizens before ordering their “American citizens” to return “home”?
8. Do you believe it is the duty of the United States government to secure the safety of all American citizens and allow them to enter and return to the United States in a time of conflict?
9. Do you believe there are left-wing organizations who would sue the President if any restrictions were put in place to bar “American citizens” from returning “home”?
10. Do you believe the Chinese nationals recently arrested within the United States after being caught with illegal biological agents and experimenting in illegal make-shift labs will be the only persons with histories of being “subject to the jurisdiction of China” that will ever be found conducting nefarious acts in the future?
11. Do you believe the rights of United States citizens to vote in elections is important?
12. Do you believe it should be lawful for the president of China to order residents who are “American citizens” living under his jurisdiction to return to the United States to vote in districts suitable to the CCP?
13. Do you believe SCOTUS should end birthright citizenship?

Of course, something could be said about the fact that maybe congress should gather the courage to step in and assert itself.
