Humans are a social and hierarchical species.

I mean just look at history or look around at the various societies that exist in 2026.

But even if you look at the most egalitarian species in nature like ants or bees, a hierarchy exists because it has to for the survival of the species.

The challenge social scientists and such should be focused on is how to raise the minimum standard of living while not suppressing human innovation and prosperity.

The DSA plan is deeply flawed and will only result in disaster. But I am sympathetic to their position, however divorced from human nature reality that it is.
