1) all aliens can be counted toward electoral vote allocation - and combined with hiring activist poll counters, it helps markedly right off the bat for Dems.

2) Cheating occurs broadly across states, but not in huge numbers - but small numbers can make a critical difference when the margins are very slim - which they are in many places.

3) The BIG ultimate payoff - amnesty for all when the Dems get House/Senate/WH - then they all vote fully, and the majority want the socialist promises that the Dems used to lure them - the promise of something for nothing.
