Proposed tiebreak system for soccer. Thoughts?

A late friend of mine from Scotland was a great soccer fan and played as a kid. He proposed all overtimes are sudden-death, but the overtime starts with 10 vs. 10 instead of 11 vs. 11. Every 10 minutes, remove another player from each team.
