No witnesses to corroborate, or even confirm that it was talked about (as with Platner). No evidence so no charges. A civil trial in a liberal district...we know how that would go.
Nazi tattoos, mocking purple heart vet who gave up his movement to save another that he called foolish and deserving of the paralysis, active account on "predators Paradise" website known for pedophilia, Sexts and pictures of body parts to women who didn't want them - and he was married while sending them......all of that was not enough to make you pull the trigger (or should I say the party leaders who think for you and tell you what and when to do something).
All of that wasn't enough until he was found to have the worst thing possible for the Democrats - polls suggested he wouldn't win.

The fact he stepped down means that the party met his demand of appointing another Bernie Danders/Mandami approved communist far left radical to the spot.

It won't affect Dem voting whatsoever anyways and we all know it....you guys simply mark the ballot name with the D regardless...as you would have for Platner.
