solved this way. Why?

Because most economic inequalities are generated by market forces. For example a QB makes 20 millions a year, but an elementary school teacher makes 45k a year. This gap is purely because of free market force. So, you need to get rid of the market in order to reach equality between QB and the teacher. That is called socialism.
