Seriously, though...there are too many 'Fringe' people out there who have easy access to firearms...can't run 'Psych Tests' on all of them, so the Prudent thing to do is make it very hard for anyone to purchase a hand gun...and exceedingly difficult to buy an 'Assault Weapon'.
